self-satisfaction, happiness, or contentment; it's about job fulfillment.
Job satisfaction refers to a person's overall relationship
with the company for which he gets compensated. The simple sensation of
achieving any aim or objective is referred to as satisfaction. Job
dissatisfaction brings an absence of motivation at work.

affective reaction to the target environment as a result of the individual's
assessment of how well the environment meets his or her needs
