How do you Communicate and manage expectation?

After you've established clear expectations, you can take a few proactive measures to communicate and manage them. Most importantly, employee expectations should be communicated in as clear and detailed a manner as feasible. Everyone must be on the same page about what is expected of them in order for you to manage expectations (businesses, 2022). To demonstrate caring and professional leadership, we propose meeting with staff on a frequent basis to discuss existing initiatives and arranging one-on-one meetings. However, because each person is unique, you may need to use different communication tactics to reach them. Some team members, for example, may prefer frequent face-to-face meetings, while others prefer a hands-off approach.
